Hi All, Will there be withholding tax for a Canadian Investor who is already filing his taxes in US both Corporate and Personal(Non Resident)?

Are Canadian RE Investors eligible for any COVID-19(Coronavirus) related SBA Loans or any other disaster relief loans? We own a mobile home park and some tenants did not pay rent for April and are saying that they are waiting for their stimulus. Please let us know.
