Absolutely! Sound advice! Thank you, and yes I have done a bit of this. I just stumbled on the home today and they already have over asking offers so I wanted to get some quick feedback. The owner is willing to take a cash offer for asking, or a little under. The agent don’t know much about the rentals in the area, so I’ve been trying to do my diligence on finding the info. He said the guy is over seas and want to close by 4th which is quite doable.

Clearly I don’t have a plan. These forums are here to get advice and feedback, which is why I posed the question. Obviously, I’d have to account for utilities and furnishings- I want those that have experience in this area and then maybe I could converse more on such items to look to before signing a contract. I’m not that dumb that I would put in a signed offer before understanding some aspects of benefits. Thank you for your thoughts. It did not help and you can probably keep such comments to your self if it’s not helpful.
