I know what it is.

I have seen this before.

I can not be fore sure without seeing it for myself

Question when you go out side, and follow your wire you are going to come to a pole, on the pole there is a electrical transformer. ( as you get the pole the sound should become louder) the reason you can here it in you house is one of two reasons. one the noise is coming from the transformer that is too close to the house , or the transformer is about to go out. sometimes when the lighting hit them, they make this sound before they shut down. Best thing to do is call the electric power company and have them come out and check the transformer.

This might be a far fetch idea, but, I was working on a job one time, and we had kind of the same problem. what it was, there was a pipe that had come from the ground that was inside the house, however it was connected and the pipe continues outside about 100 feet away. what was making the vibration and noise was a engine at the end of the pipe that was running all the time as a pump. It seem that the noise or vibration outside from the pump traveled through the pipe and inside the house behind the wall. it took us a while for us to figure it out too, but that what happen

Good Day Fellow BP's,

Does anyone knows of the foreclosure laws that are used in New Jersey or the person I should talk to about them?

After talking to some of the Real Agent in the area, I found out that even that they have short sells sometimes for multi-family property, but they don't have handyman special property. Most of the agents thought I was crazy when I ask for property on the MLS that was dilapidated or great deal property to buy. To me it sounded something like I would hear on BP pod that I listen to all the time. Any suggestions..

Good Evening fellow BP's

After doing some considerable research I have discovered to get into the New York City Housing Market is very hard to do as ether a Real Estate Agent or an investor. Is this a normal trend or do I have to do some more research?

Welcome!

I am too a new investor on the block of New York and New Jersey.

I have been doing some research and found out the best way to get start is through investor business clubs or Reia clubs in your area. They will know of real estate attorney, closing title companes and etc.
