As for the work of stuffing the envelope, which is better or cheaper. (Professional or a social group to do it) Which is a better method?

I don't have time to do it myself. I am planning to start off of 100 a set of a campaign, with a run of 7 set runs in a campaign. either I can do it by a non profit organization or done professionally. but I am not sure.
