I have a few minutes on my lunch brake and thought Id do something useful and introduce myself to BP. I moved here to Washington two years ago and finally sold our family house in Nevada. We tried renting it out ...well I wont add to the out of town landlords stories. We fixed her up and sold the house and I thought, well why not roll with the real estate thing. So here I am. I hope I can contribute to BP and look foward to meeting you all.

Ill addd my two cents. I think renters with disbilites are good for two reasons. 1. they have a consistant stream of income and 2. depending on the disability they are more likely to stay longer in your rental. Of course still screen for tenent worthyness.
