Welcome to BP. The pod cast are great. I would take notes when listening because you ll hear a lot of good ideas and will want to investigate in depth later on.

I like your answere, a thristy man does't care about the glass as much as the water in the glass. Would you then reccomend a new wholersaler to keep his introductions short to potential investor? Or not untl he can bring water a deal in?

Aftrer reading another post concerning a lack of love for wholesalers , I would like to know how the seasoned investor would like to be approached by a new investor/wholesaler/flipper? What would impress you, even thou you know the new investor has no track record.

Post: Wholesaling Haters. Im bummed.

So Ill ask this question. How does a new wholesaler start? Obviously standing

in front of a room with a bogus deal is a bad idea. Or a better question, How would you like a new wholesaler approach you?

meetup.com has some good reo groups. But if a spontanous bp meet up happens im game. The star bucks by PDX airport?

@jeremy housekeeper thats a good idea, ill try it!

oh ok , thou I still love the BP site.

Love the keyword alerts but...Im having trouble just getting results for "Vancouver Washington" or "Washing State" I keep getting hits on Washington DC (you guys are doing great by the way) and not on my home area. Any suggestion? You know other than moving to the DC area.
