Welcome to Detroit, Michigan!!! This is a great time of the year to get all exterior work done. After you guys get your property find a good crew that can asses your problems with the property. Major Key if this is your only job for now. 

This is a good area and i have some friends who has bought some properties in this area. My question to you is since and i'm assuming your not from Michigan, do you have reliable contractor to get the minor jobs done that is needed? Thats the big difference on how soon can you put this back on the rental market.
