 Now that I have saved 30K people have been on side lines waiting for me to begin to buy and hold several of my closes friends have seen how much I've learned over the last 12 months on real estate  and wish to invest with me. currently house hacking and have paid off all 40 k in credit cards how would you recommend I structure this contract for partners advise from the pros

my parents wish for me to buy a home in Puerto Rico as an investment property

will I get the same same tax benefits as in the United States ?
