should I bring partners in my first deal

 Now that I have saved 30K people have been on side lines waiting for me to begin to buy and hold several of my closes friends have seen how much I've learned over the last 12 months on real estate  and wish to invest with me. currently house hacking and have paid off all 40 k in credit cards how would you recommend I structure this contract for partners advise from the pros
