@Joshua D. I believe you aren’t wrong & you do make a fair point. I think the same way you do & I strongly believe in investing in assets and NOT liabilities. My fiancée was born into a very wealthy family, whom were able to provide her with everything she could ever hope for. I was not so fortunate, I came from nothing & I’m heavily investing into my asset column & she doesn’t understand why. It’s because she’s never gone through what we’ve gone through. However, I see why your wife feels as if she has the heavy load, I feel that way in my relationship. I’m trying to start a business & trying to keep our heads afloat as well. I’m not saying that you should get a W-2 job or lose your new car (you deserve that car). I’m saying that you should find a way to help your wife, you’re not helping her by investing all of your money into assets. Find a way to be able to take some stress off of your wife. @Bridget Smith-Osbourne Have you offered them cash for keys? I believe it was in Podcast #283 or Podcast #288 that they talk about how sometimes it’s best to just offer cash for keys in order to get the tenants to leave the premises on a peaceful basis. Good luck with your situation, hope everything works out!
