Post: Looking to Invest in St. Louis

I know this is an old thread but I have the opportunity to buy a few Bank Owned properties in St. Louis and I'm looking for a good PM since I live in the SF Bay Area, California.

Can anyone here recommend a reliable PM?  I'm also looking for a General Contractor to manage some of the repairs.  I've heard of a few companies that do both.  Any help would be great.

Thanks.

Hi Miguel,

I wanted to follow up.  60-80K is much different than 250-300K. The experience would be priceless. I'm curious about what you decided to do here.  What did you end up deciding?

I'm actually in the process of looking for a GC to rehab a duplex in Oakland.  Do you have any recommendations?

Hi All,

I'm looking for a recommendation for a contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area.  I have a Duplex in Oakland, CA that I'm thinking of purchasing but it needs a great deal of work.  I want to get an estimate of the repair cost before I purchase.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Rafael

This is an awesome post!  I myself am just now truly getting started in looking for a site and developing a product that'll fit my market.  I'm planning on doing an infill project here in the SF Bay Area and would love to pick you brain about a few things like construction costs and finding a reputable builder in my area.

Funny thing...I used to live in San Pedro and saw this property on the market and thought "man, someone's going to make out good if they build a 4 plex or small apartment building in this site".  It's a crazy coincidence that I get to read about it now months later.

Hi Eduardo - I'm also starting off in my real estate investing career and reside in the Bay Area.  I'm currently putting together my investment goals and business plan.  I'm looking for like minded people to surround myself with.  If you're open to it, let's keep in touch.

Hi Brad, I'd definitely be willing to connect.  I live in Pacifica but spend a lot of time in the Peninsula.  I'm putting together my goals and business plan for 2017 as well and wholesaling is on the list.  Would love to connect.
