@Ronald Rohde I mean on my virtual deal am I going to have to use a company that in the same state and county and the property or can do I try to find a attorney in my own city that close any virtual deals
@Ronald Rohde So I should call a title company in Arkansas and open escrow ? Can I wholesale this deal just over the phone and email both contracts to them? And to get to paid I’ll ask them to wire to my account?
I live in Corpus Christi Texas and have a property under contract in Arkansas and a buyer in Memphis, I called all title companies in town asking if they could close out of state properties and the told me no they only do locally. I want to know who can I use to close my virtual deals?
Appreciate it man give me your email so if I land a deal we could go half on it .
Hello investors, I’m a investor out of Texas but trying to Expand my wholesale market in California Los Angeles area. My deal is I want to try to get in hold of absentee homeowners that have vacant properties in that area. The thing is need addresses and pictures of properties. How can I go by finding out where and what houses I can start skip tracing. Should I hear someone to go find them for me and what pay should I offer them? If y’all got any ideas or strategies that y’all know of or did I would really appreciated Thank you Rafael
