Hi Everyone! I'm a landlord, new to BiggerPockets, and am looking for off-market multifamily (apartment) buildings. Minimum 5 units and maximum 20 units. I'm looking to purchase in Oklahoma City (OK), Tulsa (OK), Norman (OK), Broken Arrow (OK), North Cleveland (OK), Olathe (KS), Lawrence (KS), Columbus (GA), Macon (GA), Augusta (GA). I prefer value add properties in C class buildings in B class neighborhoods. If anyone has any leads, please message me!

Great post. Agreed - I’m using 1 and 2 for my SFRs. So important that the house is clean, exudes warmth and makes the tenants wants to take care of it - I find this to be imperative especially if you’re charging top dollar in the market.

Hi All!

I'm new to the BiggerPockets platform - and have been diving into some of the forums. I have experience buying SFR as primary residences, however, I'm looking to get into BRRRR while building a passive income stream. Based on some research I've done I'm interested in the Houston area - are experienced property managers out there that might have 15-30 minutes for a chat? I'm narrowing down the locations within Houston and would like to build out my team in the Houston market.
