@Clark Harrison I've been wanting to do the BRRRR strategy as well! It's pretty difficult finding deals right now, especially since I'm new! Would love to hear from you when you do get a deal!!

@Clark Harrison hey Clark, just wanted to follow up and see if you ended up purchasing any property there in Naples? If so, how is it going?

@Clark Kirkpatrick Hey Clark, I've seen a few properties in that area I would love to work on. I do live out of state, but like this area. Can you connect me with someone who can give me insight if the area is good and connect me with some contractors? Thanks for reaching out.

@Sean Buckley

Hi Sean, I am a new investor also thinking of doing some investing in the area. Just wanted to see how your journey is going from this initial post, if you have bought any properties or found a contractor? Hope all is well!

@Drew Sygit

Hey Drew, thanks for reaching out. Do you guys specialize or have good experience with out of state investors?

@Jonathan Oh

I've been hearing having a great team makes things a lot smoother! Considering I am new and don't have one yet, turnkey does sound safest as my first few investments! Do you have any investments out of state? How do you think California's market will be these upcoming months?

@Lane Kawaoka

I would prefer turnkey and syndication. Have you done or recommend any syndication companies? And what do you suggest as the best move for me as a first time real estate investor?

@Liam Mullins

Thanks Liam for sharing your personal experience. That's what I'm afraid of, I'm sure that would happen to me too. I'm the type 'if something will go wrong, it will!!' I have been reading PMs help a ton. Yea, move-in ready seems ideal at this point.

@Elise Bickel

Hey Elise, thanks for the insight. What areas in PA have had the most successful BRRRRs from your investors? Have you guys overseen successful multifamily BRRRRs?

@Stephen E.

That's very true Stephen. Thinking about it now, I definitely would gravitate towards a rehab that's livable within a few months vs a full rehab!! Thanks for pointing that out, it does make a difference in deciding.
