What are some ways you all inform tenants (probably considered class C rental) of new ownership? We just got our very first apartment complex and all units are currently rented.

Howdy again, I have an opportunity to pay cash to a seller without any financing- bank or seller. What do I need for the transaction? Attorney? Title agency? (But don't worry, it's not a too-good-to-be-true deal. There's a lien on the property, it's rehab, and the seller just wants to be done because he doesn't have the cash needed.) Thanks so much everyone for your help and answers!!

Howdy! We are looking at a first rental property- single family- and thinking seller finance with the previous landlord might be an option. I have a bunch of questions. Are there any landlords on here from Butler, PA? Any feedback and articles are greatly appreciated!

Is seller financing better/worse than keeping the loan in the seller's name (I forget the term for that but I heard of it in one of the podcasts)?

What professionals do I need if I'm not doing a conventional loan or using a real estate agent?

Should I set up the rental in a business right away or do the overall business costs/effort outweigh gains with one unit?
