I have attached all the info I could find on the property. I did not find a Notice of Trustee’s Sale, which would mean it is going to auction. I only found one deed of trust and taxes are current.

When I review the docs I see nothing indicating this home should be going to auction. At this point I am unsure if I need to be dealing with the bank or the homeowner.

@J Scott ...thank you, that is why I love BP...can and will help!! Last night (or this morning when I was going nuts at 1am) I tried. I can post the email body from the title rep, but it wouldn't let me attach the doc for some reason. I will have to forward it to someone directly.

Hi all!

If anyone is awake I have some documents that were sent over to me today from title on an investment property I am researching. I THOUGHT I understood, but when I read my title reps email it made no sense...not sure if he made a typo...or if I need a second set of eyes. Anyone out there want to take a peak? It is a fast one! :-)

Welcome! I started a women's book club near Tacoma about a year ago, and now there are 180 of us, and it is one huge happy hour, girlfriends, social events, lunch...whatever...all sorts of fun stuff. If you think your wife would be interested in getting together just let me know! ... that looks like some sort of spam ad, lol...it isn't a membership club type thing...literally just friends getting together!

@Steven Hamilton II Thank you for your help! Please! No apology needed! I'm sorry to hear that you and your family were sick, I know that was not fun!

I took on a partner for several reasons, but mostly because I know that my customer, whether it be the seller or investor, will be in a significantly better place having both of us working together as a team. He will be more vested as a partner. I think he is an incredible man, and I wouldn't be able to deliver the same service, or have the same success without him, and having the level of respect that I do for him, I can't imagine him not being a partner.
