@Jordan Hamilton At first blush this looks right on. I would say that that you should have some additional cash on hand in case that plumbing that is "in good shape" goes south. While I like the strategy of using FHA to easily get into a property, cash on hand for some unplanned events can make you loose your shirt. Let me know if you close on the deal!!
