@Jordan Hamilton At first blush this looks right on. I would say that that you should have some additional cash on hand in case that plumbing that is "in good shape" goes south. While I like the strategy of using FHA to easily get into a property, cash on hand for some unplanned events can make you loose your shirt. Let me know if you close on the deal!!

@Brian Leon the meet up that @Isabela Montalvo mentions is great. It only meets once a month so there is definitely an opening for other meet ups. Let me know the time and place and I'm game.
