Yes prices are getting crazy! Not really the market for flipping seeing as how people are asking for so much for their homes. Definitely buy and hold market right now.

Hi everyone! Excited to be apart of a network with likeminded individuals. 

I live in Austin, Texas currently selling real estate and the market is amazing. Prices for residential homes are having a steady increase between 2-4% YTY. 

I’m wanting to invest in this city. Not sure if I should do a buy and hold for rental or just purchase land (10-15 acres) and sit on it for a few years.
