Newbie to Bigger Pockets!
Hi everyone! Excited to be apart of a network with likeminded individuals.
I live in Austin, Texas currently selling real estate and the market is amazing. Prices for residential homes are having a steady increase between 2-4% YTY.
I’m wanting to invest in this city. Not sure if I should do a buy and hold for rental or just purchase land (10-15 acres) and sit on it for a few years.

@Rachel Clark If you have the capital and / or ability to purchase 10 - 15 acres in the Austin area, I would look into developing. There’s a lot of opportunities available throughout the region.
