@Liz C.Property has a CG zoning. I don't know too much about zoning, but curious if you were to convert to condos, would you have to rezone it?

@Marvin S. No sorry. I am in no rush for a contractor. I am just shopping around. If there was a fee to be paid out to you it would be more likely coming from the contractor themselves I believe. At the end of the day you are finding them contracted work right?

Looking for honest and liable Contractors for long term partnership or contracted work. I have funds to buy properties but need someone to guild me through flips. Prefer smaller companies that is not so busy and will have time to answer questions. Willing to work with experience and inexperience (new starting up contractors). Also if you know anyone that you can refer me to that would be awesome! Please private message me.
