Awesome house in North Dallas that sits as a 4/2.1/2 @ 2297 sqft. This home is truely a cosmetic rehab with no major issues to address. I have still put the rehab at $37/sqft which should more then cover anything you'd like to do the property and more. I would suggest opening up the property more as right now it is closed in. Homes in the area are selling for between $232.88/sqft-$283.56/sqft and I have priced ours at $235.08/sqft closer to the lower end of that range so you might be able to get more depending on finish out. Dom are good with most houses selling in less then 20 DOM. Call your NetWorth agent today!
