I get that, how different people use a ton of different awesome strategy’s. But what strategy do you or would you use and why?

There is a ton of different real estate strategy’s , and I wanted to know your thoughts on which is the best and why.

Hey I’m 17 and have been trying to learn everything I can about real estate. I have learned some really good strategies but they seem to not share a good deal vs a bad one. I understand all deals are different but if you could help me out and give me a good idea to start with that would be awesome thank you.
