Thanks so much @Amanda G. Yes I am a part of my local real estate group but haven't been to any meetings as of yet. I guess just slightly apprehensive about my first meeting. I am going to start practicing doing calculations. I watched the free webinar tonight and it had a ton of helpful information. I know that BP limits the amount of times you can use the calculators on here. Are there any other places where you can use similar rental calculators that do not place a limit on use?

Just wanted to see if anyone has any sound advice and or useful resources that I could apply for someone with no real estate investing experience. I'm currently working on improving my credit so that I could take advantage of financing options down the road. In the meantime, any helpful advice on investing with little to no cash would be super helpful. Thanks.
