It's 3 bed/1 bath 1230 sqft.  Pretty much needs everything from A-Z flooring, kitchen, additional bathrooms, roof repair, etc. I'm looking for a GC who can handle everything, and who has worked with investors before. I just need a standard flip on a property I just purchased. Kitchen, bathrooms, paint, roofing, everything from A-Z. Looking to get started ASAP.

If there's anyone in the Phx area that's thinking about becoming a landlord, let me know what areas you're thinking about. Sometimes one street can get high rents and a higher cap rate, but one block over, and you're in a gang/drug neighborhood. I grew up there so I know the area well and the advice is just good for the community!
