mine: there are two the best time to plant the tree. One is 20 year ago and one is NOW!

@Vinh Huynh it is hard to get cash flow now in California. When you buy a invest property, you are looking for: cash flow( most investors), tenants pay your mortgage, and the value goes up!

@ Roey Maron: I have 20% down, but I am new to Orlando market. I have couple houses for rent in Denver, I bought when market low, but not under market value. 

Thinking to buy property under market value, but never do before. I try to talk to realtors from Orlando to learn more about new market. 

I hope I can find right realtor, loan officer, property management so I can work with for long term!

hi! I am from Denver, CO. I want to invest in rental property in Orlando, FL.

I want to bring money to buy off one property, rent it, then get mortgage to get money out and do it again! 

I am small business owner and make good cash flow so that can be the down payment.
