Hello everyone I am new here on BP so I'm still learning my way around the site. I live here in Richmond VA and I love it here. I am 24 years old with a great 3 year old little boy who helps me push to being focuses in real estate. I have been working and getting things done as a newbie but seeing the rewards for working hard makes me work harder. So wish me luck and hope to learn more from everyone!

I have read many books and seen many people quite at real estate because they say it's too hard. My words to anyone starting out would be to set a goal and work to accomplish it. Nothing comes easy without putting in work.
