So I am in the Richmond Va area and have been trying to find out where I can get probate. One county charge 600.00 to get it online and another is only at the court house. I know there has to be a way that I can use the   Obituaries names in order to find out if there was real estate or not. I f anyone know any answers please let me know.

Hello everyone, But to answer the post. It really depends on yourself if the course is going to work for you or not. Some may have lots of good reviews but may not work good for you. It really depends on how much money you want to invest in your freedom and how soon you want it. Learning on BiggerPockets is a good source of information also but it depends on how you learn and what you want to learn. hope this helps

I received a phone call yeaterday about  a women wanting to get rid of her trailer home due to father illness. She gave me an address  but i couldn't find it. Just came up as a trailer park, but now she gave me the number. She inform me that she didn't owe any money on this trailer but she pays 375 in rent. Is this something i can help this customer with or no?

I have not tried his product yet but i do have freedomsoft and some of the fast track system  is on freedomsoft to get you in the right direction.  One thing I can say is what I have learn off freedomsoft is amazing. The information and detail of the videos do keep your focus. The videos are very informative and i also had friends who love the contents of his products. The product is around 249 but for what you get I'm willing to try it. To me I know being in any business your going to have to gain knowledge  so even if you learn one thing its better then what you did know. Hope this helps.

Everyone is looking to buy his property he says but he only talk to investors. Each property he is asking for 20k for them. Need some repairs. I'm lost on how to find a comps and a number on all properties.  He would like to sell them together  but don't mind if they sell apart. Please help or email me to figure out a solution.

@carolina E yes he is one of the biggest whys. I'm doing ok so far in real estate. I have been reading lots of books and learning as I go. The people here on this site are really open minded and helpful. When I was looking for a mentor in my area I got a lot of no's and I'll hurt them in there career.
