Id love to hear your thoughts on why keeping a license is a good idea. I have mine from when I was a commercial industrial agent, but its not active I don't think. My one year will be coming up in may I believe. If I want to keep it active I need to get one my post license course pretty soon. 

Thanks terrance! I ended up removing duplicates this time but I will keep that in mind for the next go round.

I am about to purchase a list of absentee owners from listsource and have 2 questions. 

1) For the option that reads (Remove duplicate property mailing addresses) What does that mean? Seems obvious to remove ones you would be spending money on for no reason?

2) Are the mailing addresses that your getting to the owners place of residence? Or to the house that he owns absentee.. If it would be vacant then no one would be getting the letters. So I wanted to make sure it was getting to the actual owner. 

Sorry if these are newbie questions. Gotta start somewhere. Thanks in advance for the responses!

I have a short term goal of wholesaling 2 properties a month by December of 2015. By that time I want to have a good portion of my team formulated such as a good Realtor, property manager, virtual assistant (for online marketing and owner/title searches), etc. 

However, like I said before, I am looking for all the wisdom I can get from experienced investors. I am happy I stumbled across this site!

To save time I am going to post my "about me" section so everyone can get the scoop on me. For more info, visit my profile. I'm excited to meet all the like minded people out there, and I'm sure you all will be a wealth of information! 



My name is Parker Stiles, and I'm a 23 year old Georgia boy with the type of ambition and follow through that is hard to come by these days. After graduating from Kennesaw State University, with a Business Management degree, I started my journey as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Specifically, I work in the Industrial market, serving tenants, as well as landlords.

In addition, I am just beginning to build a business wholesaling houses, in an effort to replace my 9-5 income within 2 years, and to achieve one of my major life goals of true time freedom. I then plan to continue growing my wholesaling business, and further my investing by using the created piles of cash, and convert them to streams of cash, through buy-and-hold investing of single family houses. I then plan to move into the multi-family market, and finally expand my existing commercial portfolio.

On a lighter note, in my free time, I enjoy hunting, spending time at my lake house on Lake Burton, wakeboarding, and rootin on the Georgia Bulldogs.

I am always looking to grow my network, so please feel free to spark some conversation, if you feel we could be of value to each other!
