From my experience dealing with tenants, the ones with the high credit score want to keep it that way. They will make payments on amounts past due if needed. They do not want any negative marks messing up their nice credit score.

It is the tenants that have poor credit that I have always had problems with. Probably, because their credit is already bad and one more ding/eviction will not make much of a difference.

You should be able to just RECORD your steps and that creates the macro. Within the record feature you will just have to go through all of the steps on sheet1. Then just add a macro button.

Has anyone tried The RedX for expired listings? Seems easier and more efficient than using a broker. What is the disadvantage?
