Do you still offer the free landlord webinar?

From what I understand, REX states that they do not need to use the MLS. They are using AI analytics in order to target potential buyers. Similar to how major corporations know that you will be having a baby soon, or planning on moving soon, or getting married...etc.

I do find the REX model to be very interesting. It seems like you will miss out on a lot of buyers by not selling a home on MLS. However, if the data analytics are good then REX should be able to get the buyers without the need to use the MLS. Time will tell...

Every industry has those that are greedy and scam people.  I think real estate is a great vehicle for scammers, because of the ease of entry into the business.

My broker just switched her entire company to eXp Realty.  I can answer your questions (based on the research I have done on the company).  I do think it was a good decision for her for multiple reasons.
