Hi @Tufan Andrew Arikan I see that you are also in the Irving area. Sorry I'm responding so late, I haven't been very active on my account in the past few months. How's the investing going?

Hi @DaLissa Dear I see you are also in the DFW area and getting started in real estate. I'm not sure if you're looking for a mentor, but do you think you would like to be considered to be a apprentice to a real estate investor?

Hi @Chris Johnson I think I might have a solution for you if you're interested. My husband and I are real estate investors as well and we are apart of a great team for new and experienced investors. Would you like to be considered to be a apprentice?

Hi everybody, I finally found a legit real estate investor mentor and I wanted to share this information for anybody else that might be in need of a mentor as well getting started.

Last year around this time I was going to REIGs and seminars hoping to gain real estate guidance in need of a mentor to help me along the way. I came across a few good groups to network with and exchanged business cards, but none of these groups provided me with what I needed most....A MENTOR!!

I also attended one of those guru "free" seminars where I ended up paying for 3 day training, which then turned into me paying about $7,000 for education and a so called mentor that literally spoke to me one time and magically disappeared when I actually needed help. SCAM!

Now I'm proud to say that I actually came in contact with a REAL MENTOR!!! I have access to this person whenever I have any questions regarding deals and I'm able to meet up weekly with other people that were like myself last year just getting started and other knowledgeable investors for their guidance as well.

I finally have a support system, confidence, and the knowledge I needed to do deals!!

If anybody else out there is in the same boat I was last year feel free to contact me! :-)

Hi,

My name is Princess and I'm new to real estate investing. Looking to network and start executing deals ASAP!

Biggest issue I've had so far is looking up comps for potential deals without access to the MLS, I haven't found a real estate agent for my team yet. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
