I may be to late, but the partner I work with finances good deals he comes across with hard money,

then re-finances them out with a bank...I am not to sure how it all works, but that is what he does!

done fix and flip and wholesale deals here in the Dallas - Ft Worth area.

I have done deals in that area before. You just have to find the right investor.

Usually...I have found the following type buyers approach me with those types of deals...

Owner Finance

Landlords

Wholesalers who deal only in that area..

I am an end buyer here in the Ft Worth area. I can send you my resume 

plus credentials of work I have done in the past.

But also I would be building up a buyers list on Craigslist. I have built my list up to 

400 since I started. If you have a good deal and the numbers make sense than someone off

Craigslist should respond. Hope this helps...

@Justin Howe, it really just depends...if the property needs less then 10-15k of work. I dont mind rehabbing it. If it has potential to make more money.

Hi my name is Prince. I heard about Bigger Pockets through Youtube and decided to join and check it out! I am currently an investor (part time) here in Dallas Tx.
