@Jalen Brinkerhoff

Hey how are you doing Jalen I would say majority of us didn't have jobs that were flexible while pursuing real estate. Personally I worked as a mover in the morning and a bouncer in the evening.

Days I was off from the moving job or any free time I had went to my Real estate from Re-Vamping my marketing strategy, Networking, Talking to probate,Divorce attorneys or power of attorney's on a property.

So you're going to have to squeeze whatever free time you have and focus on what you want to do. Believe me that first check made me feel like doing backflips up and down the street.

Has anyone ever or have experience with marketing to bail bondsman in regards buying properties? Are there any pitfalls I should lookout for?

@BarryHerbst appreciate the input.

Thanks Eric appreciate the input.

Hey Folks I live in the District Of Columbia and I wanted to ask everyone on here if there are other websites  or either search engines to track down landlord/owners. I've used  tax assessment , google, zabasearch, white pages I have a lead on multiple properties that are owned by the same individual but I just can't get a current address.

Hi Bill probate is closed now but the family hasn't made any mortgage payments ,nor property tax which brings me to worry there's over 200K in back taxes owed on the property since 2008 i live in the District of Columbia I believe the owner has up to 3 years to pay off the tax lien or the lien holder can start the foreclosure process due to non-payment. Im trying to track down the estate executor right now. And Lolita Im having a title company run title right now as well
