Does anyone know where I can find a list of foreclosed homes/homes that are good fixer uppers for fix and flip and just homes for sale in Canada Ontario. Thank you in advance!

Hello Samuel I am sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I do not own a home and currently have my own business worth what my tools, truck and clients are worth. I have not even begun to build my investing track record unfortunately and am still learning what it would take to get approved by a hard money lender. Thank you so much for your time and if you can give me any further information and what I would need to do to be approved please let me know! Again thank you so much!

Words can't describe my appreciation for the support! I can give you some pictures and links to show you the work I've done and if need be some other clients I did some contracting and sub contracting with. Hello my name is Preston Wilkins I am 25 years old living in Toronto Ontario with $15,000 in debt and have high aspirations and goals for investing in real estate. I have worked in construction as a general contractor for 5-7 years and love building homes. I take pride in the knowledge and details in building a house and have a deep love and passion for it. Through that I learned about flipping homes and further real estate investing was possible! Not only possible there's a huge amazing world out there full of options and opportunity.
