Greetings all, I've been investing in syndications for nearly 3 years now but have hit an obstacle and trying to mitigate/manage it.

Over the years I've built up a decent list of syndication sponsors who will take capital from a sophisticated investor like myself, particularly via  506(b) raise. It's been successful so far. However, a few of the sponsors I am invested with have since shifted to a 506(c) focus for their subsequent raises. Since I have yet to be accredited(close, but not yet there), I'm reaching out on here on who is continuing to raise via 506(b) and accepts capital from sophisticated investors.

How are you doing now? Have you become accredited yet?  I'm running into the same challenges now as a non-accredited, but am making my way through with enough offerings.

@Chris Seveney I'm in the LFI community & don't know about reg a+ offerings. Can you enlighten me? Where can I go to get dealflow these type of opportunities?

I'm looking to do the same thing with Regdee. I don't want to only be able to invest in a fraction of the deals I see. I'll try to check back in here as I go.

Thanks for all these replies. Constantine was that advice on being a sponsor? I'm looking at being an LP.

No courses I can recommend, but check out @Jim Pfeifer’s Left Field Investors and this book (full disclosure—I wrote it):  www.BiggerPockets.com/syndicat...

Wow, after posting my comment I went to the BP bookstore, saw your book downloaded it on Audible and began listening. Great first couple of chapters. Can't believe the author himself is commenting so quickly. Thank you. I may be calling your office soon. And thanks for the comments J & Jason, much appreciated. I'm gonna study for a week or two now and figure out what to do next.

Does anyone know of a course that covers this. I've found some podcasts and videos about it but I want a soup-to-nuts course to give me more info fast. Thanks for any replies.
