Its going to be in DEC sometime, we are still navigating the date because of conflicting schedules, but it will line up very soon. @Laura Davidson   That's totally alright, gotta know what you're getting into before pulling the trigger, I will send you an invite when we have the invites made up and ready to be sent via email! @Caleb Bryant I am going to have a -open to the public/niche of people I invite- Open discussion meet and greet at Campus 805 most likely, a venue with food and drinks and private rooms where we can come together and talk about the local market, show some of the data and maps I've made to see what kind of projections I've made for the local market and see if anyone disagrees, agrees, or has anything to add. I am all for investing in Huntsville, AL and I want other likeminded people to come hang and openly discuss the attributes our market has that other my or may not have and why. I am only invested in AL and would love to hear from others in other states as well. 

Hey man, I have been trying to figure out the same thing, I am going to have an event myself that is open to the public and at the interested agents and investors that would like to have an open discussion and eat/drink and meet the local circle and become familiar with one another, rather tan always being on social media!!! 

Hey BP fam, I want to network in person, like a in-person social gathering- remember the old days! Please comment if you know of a group where we can exchange ideas and overall benefit from one another. This doesnt have to be formal whatsoever, I am down for coffe, lunch, etc.
