@Kislay Shah

Thanks for this note - super helpful! Quick question - can you elaborate a bit more on the way in which depreciation deductions could impact future cap gains tax on the selling of the property?

Hi, I'm looking into investing in a townhouse in Harrisburg, PA but had a couple questions: from what I'm able to gather that HOA townhomes do not appreciate too well, and another thing is that this property has a roof from '95, what are your thoughts on getting a property that has a looming obvious Capex improvement?

hi Kate! let's connect, I'm looking into this too

Hi,

Looking into a suburb of TX to invest and basically in this suburb there are basically a ton of new builds (mostly dominated by this). Since my goal is long term investing, I was curious if this is a good idea because for the life span of my hold it'll still be a viable option. With that said, I was wondering if there are major drawbacks with investing in an up and coming area's new build, but also the HOA requires a 12 month lease. Anyone have any experience with something like this, thanks?

Hi,

Anyone looking or has invested in Melissa, TX? Looking to connect with locals to understand the dynamics/future growth, etc. Let me know what you think in the comments?

Thanks,

Prem

@Greg Scott - want to connect? I am troubling getting that deal flow to me that I can vet out and review, would love to take your advice

Hi - I have been doing research, and I think Little Elm/Celina/etc are going to see some growth, and are things that will really blossom in the near future, but I would love to hear what others think in this area etc and things to consider
