Nothing specific. Just wondering how popular (sales-wise) they were. I'll read more.

Is there $$ to be made in the modular home industry- selling and advertising in particular?

I live in Florida as well, St. Petersburg, and I have come across the same issue- lot rent for some communities are pretty high. I just recently received my broker's license but will need to upgrade to a dealer in order to buy, sell and hold a note (or at least that's what the regional office is telling me) since this is my ultimate goal in the mobile home industry. I'm trying to figure out how the average person will be able to afford the cash price of a home, even though many are priced below $3,000, and if not the cash price, be able to pay lot rent AND rent on the home... from the clients I've talked to, I don't see it happening.
