South FL Mobile homes
Hello my name is James. Im fairly new to BP.
My question is with regards to mobile & manufactured homes. I live in the south Florida area, broward county specifically. The last few days I have driven through several parks. I have found the lot rent to range from $610-$675. This Imo seems high.
Is this standard ?
Is it possible & or recommended to still do deals with lot rent being this high?
My plans were to buy these homes at a discount with cash & turn around & sell & them at a mark up of 25-150% with seller financing then resell or hold the note myself.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
