Thanks everyone for the dialog and feedback. I have identified my first property and the auction ends tomorrow. I'm hoping it goes for or under my max number as I think it will be a good property to start with.

I am a new investory and am looking for my first property. I have gotten approved by my Local Credit union to finance my property so that might be a good place to start.

Hello everyone, My name is Matt Roy and am at the beginning stages of getting into real estate investing. I have spent done time on 123flip.com and have started reading the House flipping book. My plan was to begin with flipping to build up cash flow to get into rental properties . I plan to finance my first couple flips and use my cash for rehab cost. I was trying to determine if its best to do these first couple flips myself to get started or hire a GC any feedback in this would be great. Also looking to connect with other investors in this market and take part on some meet ups. Happy Investing!
