@Erich Hauck welcome to BP.  I am in the same boat as you man, i have been browsing the site for a while but ive been listening to the BP podcast and reading several books and decided to actually go past just browsing the site and being a spectator. 

i am in the processing of starting a networking group chat for BP community in the orlando area, so if that something that interests you. let me know. it will be very informal, just to share knowledge and built a tight knit community around the orlando area.  

Hang in there, I just started so I'm focusing on reading books , listening to different podcast and networking with the locals in my area. slowly but surely, one step at a time and you will get there.

Thanks @Joel Owens I definitely will address all these points to everyone in the group in this week. as you mentioned things can change for the better or bad, and one must be prepared for either situation especially the latter.

everyone is newbies including myself, we assigned everyone a positions/role in order to function such as market analysis, accounting ect. i had suggested that we take some time to just learn the business, and educate ourselves before we even try to start making deals ect. 

we definitely have negotiate the divorce if it happens, that sometimes that has not been clearly defined yet.  thanks for you inputs
