I am wondering if anyone can recommend a real estate attorney in Denton County? Never needed an attorney before so dont really know any. We kind of want a different one than what is with title company. Thanks for advice.

Robert, Nice to meet you. I really love how you have done what your doing. I am in same boat up in Denton County and trying to build lists now also. We also want to wholesale then flip then buy rentals----we are trying to get a plan in place to be fully functional and running smoothly within next 5 yrs. I was wondering if you wanted to exchange spreadsheets with me. I am OCD and love lists and setting things up. I have started buyer lists and home repair estimator and such things. PM and we can talk if like. Also having hard time getting those lists up here so wondering how you are able to purchase them? Thanks for any help and good luck. Chris

I am wondering if there are any wholesalers in and around Denton or Collin County that might want to do some JV wholesales? We are just starting out and looking to do wholesales for a bit to build up capital and thought this might be a way to learn what I can different then reading and compiling spreadsheets all the time. I am a sponge and wanting to learn what I can to make things easier down the road. If anyone might be interested in doing something like that let me know? Thank you and have great house hunting day! Gabe Kempf Hey Gabe. Nice to meet you. Saw your post and since just getting into wholesaling and trying to learn the ropes I would love to partner up and learn everything I can. I am a sponge and OCD so i love lists and keeping track of stuff. I know i would be good asset to another wholesaler till i can learn the ropes. I have cash buyer lined up and a realtor if that helps. I will be concentrating in Denton County area as will be doing this with my father in law but grew up in Garland and work in Allen so know Collin County.
