JV Wholesale

I am wondering if there are any wholesalers in and around Denton or Collin County that might want to do some JV wholesales? We are just starting out and looking to do wholesales for a bit to build up capital and thought this might be a way to learn what I can different then reading and compiling spreadsheets all the time.
