@Derrick E. This is phenomenal! Thank you for sharing this, I'd been trying to think of creative ways to make life easier for tenants. It may not be a great up front strategy but this strategy is pure gold for those who BRRRR properly and own their properties. It may not be a bad idea for middle income properties either. Thank you for this!

Hey Brian, I'm new to investing and I'm looking for someone to mentor, teach, and guide me in the wholesale aspect of real estate investing. Sounds to me like you're pretty seasoned and  like someone I would like to learn under. Direct message me if you would be interested.

Whether you make calls,  put out doorhangers, bandit sign etc. ..Ive learned that the key is persistence, and consistency and track your results to enhance them. With this approach you should yield some fruit.

Good luck and feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thank you I really appreciate it, I'll be reaching out to you!

Hey Joshus, I've searched Facebook for Corpus Christi Real Estate Investors and Agents but can't seem to find it. Mind if I send you a friend request and you tag me on the page? Also I'd be down to have a chat and pick your brain a bit.

Hello all, my name is Robert Polanco. I'm 23 just getting into REI, I don't know much about it but I'm very interested in learning more. My ultimate goal is to save one year's salary, have passive income, and go full time as an investor. I'm listening to all advice; the good, the bad, and the ugly.
