Operating in Milwaukee I've dealt with my share of incompetent agents. Honestly I just thought that was the norm for the industry and your always going to have some bad eggs.

What things have you seen in MKE agents that makes you have the opinion (I'm crossing my fingers that I don't do them!)

Dana,

Don't give up. I have many deals go the same way. Look at yourself as a personal shopper for your buyers. Once I figured this out I was able to do more deals. 

Get your buyers criteria then go shopping for your buyers.
