Marietta daily journal for a Cobb county. The county uses newspaper for all of their properties.

Auction.com will have some online and advertise the ones for next month throughout November.

The best way to check value, is comps from the MLS.

I also suggest going to the Zillow page for the address, and looking at the neighborhood map and you can see what sales have been. Don’t rely on the zestimate alone.

Auction.com doesn’t charge a $2500 to bid here in Georgia.

They did just do a rebrand here and are doing anything to get as many people out as possible. @Jay Hinrichs

Our team is licensed here in Marietta, and was at the same auction as yesterday.

Get your full refund.

He broke the license law by accepting cash. That will get your license taken quicker than anything.

I was at the Cobb auction yesterday. He took you for a ride.

Call his broker/real estate board. He is using what you gave him as a free commission.

First off, it is illegal for him to take cash from you. It has to go through his broker. He can lose his license for that.

purchase price is way too high.

Sure hope you’re not borrowing money.

You will spend too long on the project with permitting, since you will be adding a bathroom at the minimum.

Also, networth and new western is famous for over shooting the arv, so it’s probably 280-300k.
