What are some of the best strategies in finding buyers for the Wholesale market?  I am located in St. Augustine, FL.

Hi,  I use Patlive call center with a basic form embedded into a CRM so that when a call comes in Patlive asks basic initial questions to the seller lead and then those answers go directly onto the CRM database.  I also get email notification that the call came in.  I then get to view the answers first before calling the seller back myself.  I have not run into the seller leads being upset that I am the second person they are speaking with.  Motivated sellers are very forthright with information.  It's a good system but there is a monthly cost to Patlive.

I have recently changed careers from the healthcare sector now to real estate investing. Since the first of the year, I have been attending several seminars on wholesaling and lease options.

Currently, I have been focusing on marketing and finding potential seller leads to do either wholesaling or lease options as the exit strategies.  I am actively looking for buyers in the Northern FL region as the seller leads are coming in.  I have yet to make my first deal, and I’m looking for a little guidance in the contract and closing phases of these types of deals.
