I take it you are an out-of-state investor. It’s imperative that you interview multiple PM companies to ensure with one will be a good fit and balance your company’s guidelines as it relates to approving repairs.

Good day. I'm having trouble locating the section 8 rates for Macon, GA. I'm interested in buying in the area for SFH and Multi rentals but I want to know the section 8 rates prior. It's been like pulling teeth to get someone in their local section 8 office to answer the phone.

@Alexis Mix thank you for your response. I am concerned about my exit strategies with the fact that refinancing may become an issue. The regime fee (condo ***) also makes the deal less profitable.

I'm looking at purchasing 70 condos in a community with 120 condos. This would be accomplished through owner financing. I'm worried about refinancing the deal. Has anyone ever dealt with this issue?

Also, all of the units are not in the same building. The community consists of two story buildings with eight units in each building.
