The property has been listed for 92 days. Does that make any difference in the bank wanting to accept a lower bid for a property? But in my area I'm not sure how low I can go :) Anyone else in the NC market bidding on property? How low are you bidding? are they getting accepted?

I actually wanted to bid much lower but didn't think it would fly. But bidding low and going from there sounds like a better idea so I can have more room to counter. Because I'm fairly new to the bidding of properties I just deducted 25% off of the purchase price. Is there a formula you would recommend?

I have a great property that is a foreclosure that I would love to bid on. Besides the earnest money(which i'm trying to figure out how to get). I need help in structuring the deal. Its for sale at 105,500 and the repairs may be about 10,000. The property value is around 140,000. I'm thinking about offering 79,125. Is that a good bid to make? thanks in advance!

I agree! as a new wholesaler I would have no problem with someone verifiying who I was and what deals I've done. Number don't lie so just do your due diligence. Good Luck!
