Again I feel I understand the marketing concept.

My concern, and someone who has raised millions from investors for my syndicate deals, if my investor saw the video without advance notice or a heads up, they would be holy "bleep bleep bleep", I got millions with this dude and he just sank our ship.

In my opinion, I think it is poor taste as people are really suffering right now.

My business keeps growing without Grant in my circle of influence and I will keep it that way. I am working towards owning my own Jet.

If Uncle G is a fit for you, take what he is dishing and 10X'it...

Brian i was just responding to someone who called me out for following Grants sales training in particular. I wasn't talking about his investments or investors. I was strictly speaking the comment made by Anish

Care to elaborate? His tactics seem to be the bastard child of a used car and timeshare sales person. Do people in your world really respond to that? Do they list their properties based on a hard sell?

Sure. Not to speak for all the 1,000's of videos, 100's of pdfs and all his books included with Cardone U, but his sales training has given a lot of practical and ethical ways to navigate conversations with clients. I have been in sales my whole life from insurance and investments to finding my own deals before becoming a realtor. You assume too much in your comment about how me and my team run our business based on us discerning that Grant's sales advice has been good for us. No, we don't go for a "hard sale" we do everything we can to make a deal happen in the best interest of a client. I have negotiated my commission many times if it meant the difference between my client selling their home or not, BUT we list our properties at what they should sell for and no more. That his little to do with the sales part and more with the marketing of a house really. But i will say the same thing i told my friend when he judged my frosted flakes and bacon bits treat "don't knock it until you've tried it" because until then, you don't know

Hey Quentin. You can purchase and rent properties without an LLC, however i highly advice that you just set one up quickly online. And the City of Cape Girardeau just asks that you register your rental with them and they can put you on the water/sewer/trash landlord leave on list making your life a ton easier between tenants. Cape is good to landlords. I have been investing here for almost 10 years. If you want we can meet up and talk about your next steps to getting involved in RE here in good ol Cape,. let me know man!

Hey Guys! I am heavily invested in Cape and one of the few landlords on the board of landlords here that actually uses Bigger Pockets to connect. I would love to meet up with any new investors and offer my advice and help.
